Steps:

1. Prepare the required materials, put the daylily and fungus in cold water, soak well in advance, dry daylily is generally soaked for about 1 hour, and the fungus is soaked for about 2-3 hours. Silk tofu is tender tofu, and lactone tofu can also be used.

2. Wash the fungus, cut it into shreds, and select the harder part of the root of the daylily, and tear it into two.
