Step 3: Put the processed chicken wings in a bowl, then cut some shredded green onions and ginger and put them together with the chicken wings. Add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and salt, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes. This step of pickling can be carried out when the glutinous rice is about to be soaked, and you can grab and mix several times in the process, so that the pickling will be more uniform and flavorful.

Step 4: After the glutinous rice is soaked, control the moisture and set aside, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to the glutinous rice to season and a little dark soy sauce to color, if the amount is relatively large, you can also add some salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Pick out the shredded green onion and ginger from the marinated chicken, then put the chicken into the glutinous rice, so that the chicken is evenly dipped in glutinous rice, and then place on a plate. If there are lotus leaves at home, you can wrap them in lotus leaves, and there will be a fragrance of lotus leaves.

Step 6: Pour the unstained glutinous rice over the chicken on a plate and steam it together. Boil water in a pot, turn the lid to medium heat and steam for about 35-40 minutes. If you do more, you should extend the steaming time appropriately. Remember not to steam it in a bowl, the bowl is too deep and the bottom glutinous rice will not be easy to cook.
