7. Divide evenly into pieces and roll out each piece of small dough into a dumpling wrapper. Add the filling and wrap it to your liking.
8. After all the dumplings are ready, start to boil the water, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water to prevent the dumpling skin from boiling, put the dumplings into the water after boiling, boil again, push it to prevent it from sticking to the pan, and turn the heat to cook the dumplings.
9. Every time I make dumplings, I like to make a pot of fried dumplings, which is more delicious to eat.
Brush the pan with a layer of oil, put in the dumplings, fry over low heat until the bottom is slightly yellow, add an appropriate amount of starch water, submerge one-third of the dumplings, cover the lid and simmer the water over low heat, sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds or chopped green onions when the water is about to dry, and the water can be completely dried out of the pot.
