Today, I use chicken to make crispy meat, pair it with your favorite side dishes, and make a casserole crispy meat for my family.


Here's how I made it:

1. Cut the washed chicken breast into strips about one centimeter wide, add an appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, Sichuan pepper powder, light soy sauce, minced ginger, add some lemon juice or cooking wine to remove the smell, mix evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes.


2. Add a tablespoon of sweet potato starch to an empty bowl, add a little water and mix well to make a viscous paste for later use.


3. Beat an egg into the marinated chicken breast and mix well.


4. Pour it into the sweet potato powder slurry and mix evenly, you can scrape the paste, if it is relatively thin, you can add a small amount of sweet potato starch.


5. Heat the oil to 5 heat, turn down the heat, put in the chicken breast, fry slowly over low heat, turn it over a few times in the middle of the way, make it evenly heated, and fry until golden brown and take out.


6. If you want the crispy meat, you need to fry it again, wait for the oil temperature to rise, then put in the meat strips, fry until the color becomes darker, and remove the oil.



7. Cut the washed tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides.


8. Prepare some enoki mushrooms, shredded kelp, green vegetables, or some side dishes you like.



9. Prepare some minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and then some tomatoes.



10. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the casserole, pour in minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.


11. Add tomatoes and fry until soft, add an appropriate amount of water.



12. After the water boils, add the kelp and tofu, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, cover the lid, and continue to cook for 2 minutes after the water boils.


13. Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 1 minute more, then add the greens and mix evenly.



14. Add an appropriate amount of sugar and sesame paste, pour in the crispy meat, stir evenly, and cook for 1 minute more.
