Step 6: Add rice wine


Step 7: Add the cut lotus root pieces and fresh corn segments, cover the lid after boiling over high heat, and change to low heat for about 20 minutes.


Step 8: Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, reduce the soup, cook the chicken wings, corn and lotus root thoroughly, pick off the green onion knots, taste salty, put salt in the light, and change to medium heat to reduce the juice.


Step 9: Turn off the heat until the soup is thickened.
