Ingredients: 1 zucchini, an appropriate amount of green onion and garlic, 3 spicy millet, 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce
Step 1: Clean and slice the zucchini.
Step 2: Place the zucchini slices, neatly stacked, on a plate.
Step 3: Finely chop the garlic, finely chop the green onions, and dice the millet spicy.
Step 4: After chopping, sprinkle evenly over the zucchini slices.
Step 5: Boil the wok dry, add cooking oil, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, wait until the green onions are slightly yellow, remove and throw away.
Step 6: Drizzle the boiled scallion oil over the zucchini while it is hot.
Step 7: Add water to the steamer, put the zucchini in the pot after the water boils, and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Drizzle the steamed fish soy sauce and steam for another minute.
The zucchini used in this way contains less oil and is very healthy to eat
Tips:
(1) When cutting zucchini slices, don't cut them too thinly, cut them into a thickness of about 1.5 cm, otherwise it will be easy to steam.
(2) When boiling oil, pay attention to low heat and slow oil, do not burn the green onions, and boil the fragrance of green onions.
