3. Then add chopped shallots and a quarter tablespoon of salt and stir well .
4. At this time, the oatmeal is also soaked thoroughly, and the state of the oatmeal is that it can be easily pinched into a puree with your fingers
5. Then put the soaked instant oatmeal into the whole wheat batter together with the soaked water, continue to stir evenly, and those who like to eat the five-spice flavor can add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder according to their taste preferences at this step
6. The batter that is completely stirred evenly is in a relatively uniform thin batter state, and there will be no small gnocchi, so put it aside for later use
7. Brush a thin layer of corn oil in a frying pan, add a spoonful of stirred thin batter and spread it out again to form a pancake shape, and cook slowly over low heat. As for the shape of the cake, you can shape it according to the size of the pot and personal preference, because my pot is relatively small, so I directly spread it into a long cake shape
8. After the cake is set on one side, then turn it over, until both sides are set and golden brown, press gently, the cake will rebound when it can be served, and then follow the above steps to bake the remaining batter
