Pour the glutinous rice flour into the basin, then add an appropriate amount of warm water according to its draft, knead it into a harder dough, if it is too soft, the dough will not rise, and then put it in a warm place to ferment until you can smell the sour smell in the glutinous rice flour, I have about 5 hours at this time.


8. After the glutinous rice dough is fermented, add a little baking soda (melted with warm water), knead it again, knead it into a small agent of uniform size, press the flat wrap with your hand to fill the bean paste, form a circle, and then press it into a cake.


9. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, put the finished cake into the pan, and cook over low heat


10. This is what I can only eat during the New Year when I was a child, and it is called a sticky fire spoon in the Northeast.


11. Put oil in the pot, put in the dough cake when the oil temperature is 5 hot, fry it on low heat, turn it over frequently, don't fry it
