1. Add 300g of flour, 3g of yeast, 2g of baking soda, 2g of salt and an egg to the bowl.

2. Add 160 grams of milk to the basin and stir into cotton wool.

3. Add 20g of cooking oil and knead into a smooth dough.

4. Put it in a plastic bag to proof.

5. Let it ferment to twice the size, put the noodles on the board and roll them out directly into a rectangle.

6. Cut the rectangular noodles into small strips

7. Dip your chopsticks in the water and gently press down in the middle of the small strip.

8. Stack two small strips on top of each other and press them in the middle with chopsticks.

9. Cut the middle of the pressed blank and divide it into two pieces.

10. Press both sides with chopsticks.

11. Twist it tightly by hand.

12. Heat the oil until it is hot (chopsticks are bubbling inside) and put in the fritters.

13. Turn the fritters to low heat after they are put into the pot, and fry them until golden brown on both sides.

Warm Ties:

1. The noodles of fried fritters should be softer, the softer the better, and the fritters made in this way are fluffy and soft.

2. Be sure to fry slowly over low heat, so that the fritters are golden and crispy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
