Ingredients: light soy sauce, cooking wine, Korean barbecue dipping sauce, starch
Process:
1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into thin slices.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of Korean barbecue dipping sauce and 1 tablespoon of starch, grasp and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Brush the pan with oil and add the marinated pork belly.
4. Fry until golden brown on both sides, and the delicious barbecue is ready.
