Today's porridge is made of seven ingredients: black rice, purple rice, glutinous rice, red beans, red dates, wolfberries, and brown sugar. Not only is the taste soft and sweet, but also rich in nutrients.

Purple rice, black rice, red dates, wolfberry, red adzuki beans, glutinous rice, brown sugar

The cooking steps are as follows:


Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients.


Step 2: Soak red beans, black rice, glutinous rice, and purple rice for more than an hour in advance.


Step 3: Put water in the pot, add the soaked purple rice, black rice, red beans and glutinous rice, cover the pot and cook for about 50 minutes.


Step 4: Cook until viscous, add an appropriate amount of brown sugar, and stir well.


Step 5: Add an appropriate amount of goji berries and cook for five minutes.

Tips:

1. Black rice, glutinous rice, purple rice, and red adzuki beans must be soaked in advance. If you are cooking in a pressure cooker, soaking this step can win the chance. 2. Add brown sugar and wolfberries until the porridge is thick, add them and cook for five minutes!
