It is best to cut the large sweet potatoes in half and then steam, so that the small sweet potatoes are cooked but the large ones are not yet cooked, and the steaming time can be shortened and energy can be saved.


Now we can start steaming! First we add water to the pot, then put the steaming drawer, and then turn on the high heat to bring the water to a boil.
