Let's start making it
Step 1
We pour the flour into a basin, add fruit and vegetable powder, and yeast powder, stir it into a flocculent shape, and stir it with chopsticks while pouring water to knead it into a smooth dough. This is shown in the figure below.

We roll out the dough into pancakes and the thickness is as shown in the picture. Let's find a full-form lid and press it out to create a full-form cake.

We use a knife to divide the dough into quarters, as shown in the image below.

Hold the four pieces of dough up with your hands and pinch the front side forward together, as shown in the image below.

Press down in the middle with chopsticks. Then pinch the tail.
Step 7
This is a well-made leaf steamed bun, which is very good-looking, and it can be boiled on cold water when it is twice as large as it is put on the pot. It's time to steam. In about 20 minutes, the steamed buns can be cooked. Don't rush to take it out yet, remember to run away. In this way, the steamed buns will not be deflated.
