Ingredients: 400g minced pork, 1 green onion, 5g minced ginger, 4g salt, 10g light soy sauce, 4g dark soy sauce, 5g corn oil, 1g white pepper, 5g corn starch, 5g sugar, 1g chicken essence

Steps:
1. Wash and chop the green onions
2. Add salt, minced ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, 5g sugar, white pepper, corn starch, corn oil, and chicken essence to the minced meat
3. Stir in one direction, pour in an appropriate amount of water several times during the period, stir vigorously, and then put it in the refrigerator for later use
4. Put yeast and 5g sugar into the flour, then slowly pour in warm water and form a dough, cover and let rise for 15 minutes
5. After the dough is awakened, knead it until the surface is smooth and divide it into dough of uniform size
6. Before wrapping the buns, put the chopped green onions into the previously adjusted meat filling and stir well in one direction
7. Roll out the dough into a thick middle and a thin round dough on the side, and then put the meat filling on top
8. Wrap it in the shape of a bun
9. Put cold water in the steamer, put a non-stick pad on the cage drawer, put the wrapped buns on it, cover and let rise for 30 minutes, then boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes to uncover
Tips:
1. The green onions will smell like stinky shallots if they are put early, so be sure to put them before wrapping
2. Do not remove the lid immediately after the steamed buns are steamed, otherwise it will be easy to retract, and you need to simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes to open the lid and take it out
