Ingredients Required:

300 grams of self-rising flour, appropriate amount of warm water, 5 red dates

Method:

1. Take 300 grams of steamed bread self-rising flour and put it in a basin.

2. Add an appropriate amount of warm water and mix into a smooth dough. The dough should be slightly firmer and easier to set.

3. No need to stand and ferment. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into medium-sized pieces.

4. Take a small agent, roll it out into a round pancake with a rolling pin, and press a mark with chopsticks in the center.

5. Fold the dough in the four directions to the middle, and press it in the center to form 4 petals, as shown in the figure below.

6. Use another chopstick to split each petal in half and press to form 8 petals, as shown below.

7. Press around with a fork to form a circle of lace.

8. Place a red date on each flower roll. Put the flower rolls in a steamer and ferment for 20 minutes, turn on the heat, steam for 12 minutes and turn off the heat. Simmer for 3 minutes.
