The main symptom is "cold". Wind-heat cold:

Wind-heat colds mostly occur in spring and summer. Typical symptoms of wind-heat colds include high fever, runny nose, cough, sticky or yellow phlegm, heat intolerance, sweating, redness, swelling and pain in the throat.


The main symptom is "heat". Evil heat hurts people, and high fever is common; If the lungs are not cleared, the nose will be yellow, and the lungs (throat) through which the meridians pass will be swollen and painful. Whether it is to warm the yang and dispel the cold or relieve the surface and clear the heat, you can use the large vertebral points. The large vertebra is the acupoint of the Du Mai, the Du Mai has the function of commanding and supervising the Yang meridian of the whole body, there is the saying of "the governor of the Yang" and "the sea of the yang vein", and the three yang meridians of the hands and feet are all gathered on the large vertebra of the Du Mai, so the large vertebrae are also called "the yang of the yang", as long as the large vertebrae are properly stimulated, it canInvigorate yang energy, dispel evil and prevent diseases, and make people energetic.
