1. Add 30 grams of chopped walnuts, 75 grams of black sesame seeds, 10 grams of white sesame seeds, 40 grams of chopped red dates to the bowl, beat in an egg white, add 20 grams of honey, add 20 grams of corn starch, mix well.

2. Without a mold, with the help of a disposable paper cup, cut off a section and make a round mold.

3. Scoop a spoonful of sesame seeds into the mold, flatten, compact, and try to thin out.

4. Put it in the oven at 120 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
