Today, I went to the supermarket to buy vegetables and saw the mushroom vegetable varieties on the shelves, which is called a rich!
So I picked a few and bought them home. My favorite way to eat mushrooms is to drink them in soup.
Because mushrooms and vegetables have their own umami, there is no need to put too much seasoning. Today's method is super simple, just put a little salt to taste, other seasonings are useless, the soup is delicious and original.
Eat this dish and drink this soup, and you will not have to worry about excessive oil and salt. It's really safe to eat.
The type of mushroom you can choose according to your preference, I used the following:
Enoki mushrooms, crab mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, seafood mushrooms, white jade mushrooms
Plus a ham sausage and a pinch of salt.
1. Remove the stems of the selected mushrooms and clean them.
Along with the ham sausage, they are cut into shapes of similar size.
2. Put the chopped mushrooms and ham sausages into the casserole, and add the water that has overflowed the ingredients
Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat, cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
Just add a little salt to taste before cooking, and you can serve it before you eat it.
You see, isn't this super easy, but delicious! If you like it, try it at home, too.
