When I was a child, the Chinese New Year's Eve dishes on the dinner table, meat and vegetarian matching, nutritious and delicious farmhouse stir-fry

Today I bought two pieces of tofu, fried a little dried tofu, and made a home-cooked food that can only be eaten during the Chinese New Year when I was a child, which is the taste of my mother and the taste of the New Year!

Here's how I made it, which is also my mother's method:

1. Wash and drain the tofu and cut it into thick slices of about one centimeter.

2. Boil the oil until it is 50% hot, add the tofu, and fry slowly over medium-low heat. It's okay to fry a little older.

3. Take a few pieces of dried bean curd and cut into shreds.

4. Cut some shredded carrots, minced garlic, green onions and green peppers.

5. Washed pork slices, I separated the fat and lean ones. Add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, salt, light soy sauce and cooking oil to the shredded lean pork and marinate for 15 minutes.

6. Add a little oil to the pan, add the fatty meat, and fry the fat. Then add the shredded lean meat and stir-fry. Set aside the shredded meat and leave the oil in the pan.

7. Add minced garlic and stir-fry green onion until fragrant.

8. Add shredded carrots and stir-fry for a while.

9. Pour in shredded green pepper and shredded tofu and stir-fry until broken.

10. Add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Then pour in the shredded meat, stir-fry evenly and it is ready to go.

Tofu is particularly delicious, rich in combination, and more nutritious. If you like it, come and make it for your family!
