1. Put the chicken thighs in a bowl, add a spoonful of salt, rub repeatedly for 2 minutes, and then wash with water. 4. Leave the remaining oil in the pot, add the dry sea pepper segment, ginger, garlic, green onion, Sichuan pepper and 1 spoon of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add the green and red pepper segments and stir-fry a few times, then pour in the fried chicken pieces and peanuts, stir-fry a few times, add a little light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly with sugar, add the green onion segment, stir-fry a few times, sprinkle white sesame seeds to get out of the pot.
