The tomato and mutton rolls are so fragrant and delicious that my children don't even let go of the soup

Today, I paired the lamb roll with tomatoes, and it tasted amazing! Tomatoes are sweet and sour, and when paired with mutton, they can also reduce the smell of mutton, which is a perfect match!

Here's how I do it:

1. Prepare some bean skin, greens, enoki mushrooms, and tomatoes for later use.

2. Prepare some minced garlic, ginger slices, green onions, lemon and coriander.

(You can also prepare some ingredients you like)

3. Put the lamb rolls in a large bowl, add cold water and let them melt.

4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add minced garlic, green onions, ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add tomatoes and stir-fry to bring out tomato juice.

(If you like spicy food, you can also put millet spicy, etc.)

5. Add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and stir-fry to taste. Add an appropriate amount of water, put in a slice of lemon, if you don't like lemon, you can also use cooking wine instead. Bring to a boil over high heat.

6. After the water boils, add enoki mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, and simmer for about one to two minutes.

7. Add the bean skin and cook for a minute.

8. Then put in the vegetables and cook them for more than ten seconds, and then put in the mutton rolls and cook them for about 15 seconds. Add 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon, mix well and serve. If you like coriander, you can also garnish it with coriander.

The delicious and satisfying tomato mutton rolls are ready, super rice, even the soup is delicious, the mutton rolls can not only be shabu shabu, but also can be made into a delicious dish, friends who like it can try.
