When I was young, I loved to eat fried buns, no kneading dough, no dough, thin skin and many fillings, and it was all ingredients in one bite

Today I will share with you a fried bun, with thin skin and many fillings, and it is all ingredients in one bite, which is much more affordable than what is sold outside.

Raw fried buns

Ingredients: Dumpling wrappers, leeks, eggs, vermicelli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms

Ingredients: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sesame oil, salt

Detailed explanation:

【Step 1】Prepare the ingredients, cut all the ingredients into cubes, and soak the vermicelli in advance to soften. Beat the eggs, fry them in the pan and then crush them.

【Step 2】Add all the ingredients to a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir well and set aside.

【Step 3】Roll out the dumplings thinly, put the filling in the middle, and wrap them like buns.

【Step 4】Brush a non-stick pan with a layer of oil, put in the raw fried bun, fry the bottom golden brown first, add half a bowl of water and cover the lid, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

【Step 5】After the soup is almost dry, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and remove from the pot.

Tips:

1. When wrapping dumpling wrappers, you can dip some water around, so that the wrapping is tight and not easy to disperse.

2. The last addition of water does not need too much, half a bowl of water is good, the water can make the fried buns produce side flowers, so that the taste will be better.
