Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients you need, cut the tofu into slices, then cut it into triangles, pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, turn on medium-low heat when frying the tofu, and put the fried tofu on a plate for later use.


Step 2: Prepare other ingredients in the interval for frying tofu, cut the luncheon meat into equal sized cubes, clean the green pepper and cut it into diamond shapes, soak the fungus in advance and tear it into small pieces, cut the chives into chopped chives, and chop the garlic into minced garlic.
