1. Prepare the washed jujubes (200g) first, and then remove the cores of these jujubes. I used a knife to cut the jujube pits one by one to remove them, If there is a better way to remove the jujube pits, you can leave a message in the comment area, so that more friends will know.

2. Pour the jujube that has been removed from the jujube core into the pot and boil, add water to it, and the amount of water can be slightly more. When boiling, add brown sugar to it, and add the amount of brown sugar according to your taste.

Then cover the pot and boil over low heat until the red dates are soft and rotten.

3. After the red dates are boiled, put them in a bowl, and use tools to grind the dates into jujube paste, the more delicate the grinding, the better.

After the jujube paste is milled, when the temperature cools down, add 2 eggs to it and stir well.

Add 2 tablespoons of cake flour (300g). Stir 4g of yeast powder, 2g of baking soda, a small amount of cooking oil, and 120ml of warm water.

Stir it into a delicate and smooth appearance as shown below.

4. The bottom and sides of the rice cooker liner are brushed with a layer of cooking oil, so that it is easier to remove the mold. Then pour the well-mixed jujube paste batter into the rice cooker, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on top, and let it rise to twice its original size. Now when it's cold, you can put it next to the heater to ferment, you can put it on the bed and cover it with a quilt, or you can press the heat preservation function button on the rice cooker, turn off the power after preheating for a few minutes, and put the inner tank in the rice cooker to keep the heat and ferment.
