Homemade waterless sweet potato snacks are delicious and sweet, and you don't have to go out to buy them anymore





Sweet potatoes are a coarse grain that is good for the body, and eating it directly will cause many people to feel bloating, stomach acid, and heartburn. Today I would like to share with you a homemade sweet potato snack, knead the sweet potato into the flour, eat it no longer uncomfortable, and add honey and sesame seeds, the taste is sweet and sweet, and I don't have to go out to buy it anymore.

Sweet potato snacks

200 grams of sweet potato puree, 1 egg, 30 grams of honey, 20 grams of white sesame seeds, 200 grams of plain flour.

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel and slice them in a pot and steam them, take 200 grams while they are hot and press them into a puree with a fork, let them cool and beat an egg, add 30 grams of honey (you can also use sugar instead), add 200 grams of ordinary flour, 20 grams of white sesame seeds, and knead them into a slightly harder smooth dough.

The flour adjusts itself according to the different moisture content of the sweet potato puree. The sweet potato puree I use has a relatively low water content.


Divide the kneaded dough into quarters.


Take one portion and roll it out.


Roll it out into a large dough sheet with a thickness of about 1 mm. The thinner it is, the crispier it is, and the thicker it is, the softer it is.


Cut it into your favorite shape with a knife.


Do them all in turn.


Put oil in the pot and boil until it is 50% hot, put the chopsticks around and immediately have dense small bubbles, and then add the sweet potato noodles. If you like a little crispy, fry it a little more over medium-low heat, and if you like it, you can fry it over medium heat


Fry until golden brown on both sides, remove the oil.


Putting it on a plate, I used red sweet potatoes, which are very beautiful in color and make me appetizing at first glance.


The remaining leftovers do not need to be destroyed and repeated, they can be fried directly, although the shape is irregular, but the taste is the same. Do it yourself and make a small snack, it's really delicious. If you don't like frying, you can use the oven to bake it or use a pan to bake it, and the taste will naturally be different depending on the method.
