Ingredients: brown sugar, flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, yeast, corn oil
How to make it:
Step 1: Pour 400 grams of water into the pot, add 100 grams of brown sugar and stir and melt, then put it out to cool for later use
Step 2: Put 200 grams of flour, 200 grams of tapioca flour and 4 grams of yeast in a bowl. Then pour in the cool brown sugar water and stir into a delicate and thick batter, cover with plastic wrap and ferment twice as large.
Step 3: Add 3 grams of baking powder and 15 ml of corn oil to the fermented batter, continue to stir to make the bubbles inside, prepare a container, brush the bottom with oil easily, pour in the batter, and shake it slightly on the board a few times to shake out the big bubbles.
Step 4: Ferment for 30 minutes, boil the water in a pot and steam for 35 minutes on high heat
Step 5: After steaming, let it cool and press it to be elastic to break the surrounding demoulding. Cut it into small pieces with a knife and you're ready to eat!
Tips:
1. The ratio of powder to water is 1:1, and it will collapse if there is too much water
2. Be patient when playing bubbles, the bubbles will taste good
