Method 1: Clean the three yellow chickens, cut off the nails, remove the internal organs, and remove the chicken buttocks.

Method 5: This is a three-yellow chicken marinated overnight and a morning.
Method 6: Put a little dripping oil in the pot, add the chives and ginger slices.

Tips: 1. The three yellow chickens must be marinated for a long time. This will make it more flavorful.
