5. Roll out the large rectangular pancake and spread the adjusted puff pastry evenly.

6. Roll up from one end.

7. Depending on the size of the steamer, I divide it into three portions.

8. The weather is a little cold, I proofed them through warm water, and proofed them until the volume is significantly expanded (twice as large). Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

9. Put the steamed steamed buns on the board and cut them into even small pieces, and you can start eating.
