Raw fried pork belly burrito, fried pork belly is to fry the raw meat directly, which belongs to the dry stir-fried vegetables, and the more you chew, the more fragrant it is.

Ingredients: 400 grams of pork belly, 1 zucchini

Water cake ingredients: 200 grams of flour, 1 gram of salt, 90-95 grams of water

Seasoning: 2 grams of dark soy sauce, 10 grams of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar, a little cumin powder, Sichuan pepper powder, black pepper coarse grains

Make:

1. Soak the pork belly in warm water for a time determined by the meat.

2. Then clean the pork belly and cut it into slightly thicker slices (remove if there are bones). Marinate for more than 2 hours.

To marinate the pork belly, I used the following seasonings: 2 grams of dark soy sauce, 10 grams of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar, a little cumin powder, Sichuan pepper powder, and black pepper coarse powder.

3. The water cake is steamed. If you don't want to bother, you can buy big buns, or use tofu skin and lettuce instead.

4. Heat the pan and smear a small amount of oil, then spread the marinated pork belly piece by piece and stack it in the frying pan. Slowly fry over medium-low heat until browned on both sides.

Note: If there is blood oozing out during the frying process, please use kitchen paper to remove it.

5. Fry the meat and put it out, fry the zucchini slices with the oozing oil of the fried pork belly, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper, or pepper powder and cumin powder.

6. Roll it up like this and eat it, it's super enjoyable, it's so fragrant, and it's not greasy at all.
