The family version of ham sausage is simple to make, delicious and additive-free, and the whole family can eat it with more confidence

Ham sausage is a relatively common food in daily life, many adults and children especially like to eat ham sausage, but the ham sausage bought, after all, contains additives and preservatives, and it is not very safe to eat too much.

Today I bought some pork for my family to make a family version of ham sausage, which is simple and easy to make, and it is more reassuring to eat.

Here's how I made it:

1. Soak some green onion and ginger water in boiling water in advance for later use.

2. Wash and cut a pound of pork into pieces, put it in a meat grinder and grind it.

3. Add 40 grams of corn starch and 30 grams of flour to the meat filling, add an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, red yeast rice flour, beat an egg, and beat evenly. Red yeast rice noodles are colored, and those that don't have them can be left out.

4. Add 100ml of green onion and ginger water in two batches and stir until strong.

5. Insert a pair of chopsticks into the meat filling, and stand upright without falling down.

6. Put it in a plastic bag and let it rise for 10 minutes to taste.

7. Prepare tin foil and tear it into sheets. Use it to set the shape, cut a small hole in the plastic bag, squeeze the meat puree to the end of the tin foil at a uniform speed, control the flow rate, and take your time, so that the ham sausage will be firmer.

8. Roll up from one end.

9. Tighten at both ends.

10. Steam in a pot with cold water for 25 minutes.

11. Put it until it is warm, you can tear the tin foil and be careful to burn your hands.

If you want to eat ham sausage, make it yourself at home, clean and hygienic, and eat it more assured.

The method is simple, delicious and healthy, and friends who like it can try it.
