Steps:

Prepare fresh shallots, wash them and cut them into chopped green onions, the point is here, add 1g of baking soda, stir well, this is the secret of the green onions that remain green and do not change color after heating, and the taste will also ensure that they are pure and do not deviate


Then add 30g of plain flour and 45g of melted butter, mix well and set aside

3. Sprinkle a layer of flour on the board to prevent sticking, then take out the dough, press it on the panel to arrange the shape, and then press flat

5. Then roll out the dough slightly, stretch it a little, do not need to roll it thin, transfer it to a small panel and cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for 1 hour to set
