Ingredients: 150 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 grams of salt, 8 grams of baking powder, 15 grams of olive oil, 100 grams of pure milk, 50 grams of ham, 15 grams of cooked walnuts, 10 grams of meat floss, 10 grams of mozzarella cheese, and a loss of black pepper.

Tip: Baking powder is the key to the puffiness and fluffiness of this bread and should not be omitted.

Directions:

Step 1: Cut the ham and cooked walnuts into small pieces and set aside.

Step 5: We pour the dough on the oiled paper and double the dough with the palm of our hands to make the edges more regular. Then take out the knife and make two cuts horizontally and vertically at the top to form a cross incision. Be careful to cut deeper, but don't cut the dough.

Step 6: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sieve a little dry powder on the surface of the green billet, put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until the surface of the bread is beautiful golden brown. The filling can be adjusted according to your own preference, and you can also add vegetables that are easy to cook or blanched until they are broken and drained, for a more comprehensive nutrition.
