Today, I made a pocket dough cake for my family, which is very soft, and you can put any stir-fried vegetables, sauced meat, lettuce, sauces, etc. in your pocket, which is rich in variation and very simple to make.
The meat and vegetables are very fragrant, my family loves to eat them, and with some nutritious rice cereal, a rich breakfast or dinner is solved.
Here's how I made it:
Add 10 grams of sugar and 4 grams of yeast to 1,160 ml of warm water, stir the yeast to dissolve, and then add a small amount to 300 grams of flour several times to knead into a smooth dough with moderate hardness and softness. Place in a warm place to rise.
2. Add a spoonful of flour and an appropriate amount of cooking oil to make it like this, a little thicker puff pastry.
3. The volume of the dough has expanded significantly, that is, it is ready.
4. Rub and exhaust and divide evenly into pieces.
5. Knead the beautified dough evenly and roll it into a round cake with a thick middle and a thin circumference.
6. Scoop a spoonful of puff pastry and wrap it.
7. Gently roll it out into a cow's tongue shape.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again for 20 minutes.
9. Brush the pan with oil, put in the cake blank, and brush the surface of the cake with a layer of cooking oil to lock in the moisture.
10. Cover and fry over low heat. Fry for about three minutes on each side.
11. Fry until golden brown on both sides, and the cake is visibly bulging.
All of them are hollow, and the meat and vegetables are particularly delicious, so friends can try it!
