How to make shredded konjac mushrooms
Ingredients: 200 grams of white jade mushrooms, 200 grams of king oyster mushrooms, 80 grams of tea tree mushrooms, 150 grams of shredded konjac, 50 grams of green peppers.
Ingredients: 1 green onion, 4 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, a little dark soy sauce, a little salt, appropriate amount of water starch and oil.
In the first step, soak the tea tree mushrooms in cold water for more than 1 hour, soak softly, wash and drain, and cut them into tea tree mushroom segments. Wash the white mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, cut the white mushrooms into sections, and tear the oyster mushrooms into strips by hand. The green pepper is shaved and the seeds are removed, washed and cut into shreds. Slice the green onion and garlic cloves separately.

The fifth step is to add shredded green peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in water starch to thicken, turn off the heat after collecting the juice, and put out the fried vegetables from the pot to make it ready.
Tips:
Dried tea tree mushrooms cannot be fried directly, so they must be soaked in advance, the longer the time can be brewed, the faster it can be fried, otherwise the time to brew is too short, and it is difficult to chew it, so it is best to soak it 1 to 2 hours in advance.
If you don't want to fry it, you can blanch the white mushrooms and oyster mushrooms and then fry them, so that the taste will be softer and tenderer, and the fried ones are to make the taste of the white mushrooms and oyster mushrooms closer to the tea tree, and they will have a crispy feeling when eating.
