Today I bought two papayas: the one with good ripeness, and I used it to make a syrup papaya; the other, which is not too cooked, is made into papaya sticky rice; Because it has to be steamed in a pot with glutinous rice, the taste is just right!
Here's how to do it, share it together:
Ingredients Required:
Papaya, lily, wolfberry, rock sugar
1. Peel and seed the papaya, cut off the two ends, and cut the hob pieces.
Dried lilies are soaked in advance.
2. Put the soaked lily into the casserole, add rock sugar and water according to your taste, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Add the cut papaya, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Before cooking, put the washed wolfberries in, bring to a boil, and remove from the pot.
Ingredients Required:
Papaya, glutinous rice, red dates, brown sugar
1. Wash the glutinous rice, put it directly into the pot, add the water that overflows the knuckles of the glutinous rice, and press the rice button to cook.
2. Grease the bottom and all sides of the bowl (to facilitate demoulding), and put the pitted red dates in.
3. Put in a layer of steamed glutinous rice, spread it flat and compact.
Then add the chopped papaya and add the brown sugar according to personal taste.
Spread another layer of sticky rice, compact, and smooth the surface with a spoon dipped in water.
After the pot is boiled on steam, turn down the heat slightly, steam for 20 minutes, and remove from the pot.
Buckle a plate on the bowl and demold it upside down
