Today, I used gluten to make a sesame sauce gluten for my family, even my children like to eat it very much, and I will share with you my production method:

1. Soak two handfuls of gluten in advance.

3. Next, to adjust the sauce, add an appropriate amount of sesame paste, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt to the bowl, add a handful of minced garlic and an appropriate amount of cold white open and stir well. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili oil and stir it well.


4. Blanch the gluten in a pot for 1 minute, remove it and put it in cool boiled water, then dry the water and put it in a large bowl.





5. If you don't like to eat raw radish, you can blanch the water, blanch the shredded carrots for one minute, then add the spinach and blanch it for more than ten seconds, remove and drain the water for later use.



6. Put all the side dishes into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix evenly.
