Chicken ravioli

Wonton filling: 500 grams of chicken breast, green onions, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cool boiled water.

Wonton wrappers: 42 sheets

Ingredients: chopped green onion, shrimp skin, seaweed, salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white pepper (a little), coriander, sesame oil (sesame oil)

Here's how

First of all, let's prepare the chicken wonton filling, clean the 500g chicken breast, remove the fascia and a little fat around the edges

Slice the chicken breast into shreds and chop into filling, chop the green onion and ginger into foam, and put it in the same container.

Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, a little cold boiled water, stir well, and stir in the same direction. The stuffing should be prepared in advance, and it should be taken out by refrigerating it for about an hour, which is very convenient to wrap.

Prepare 2 yuan wonton wrappers, I bought 42 of them here, I like small wontons, so I stack the wonton wrappers and cut them diagonally.

Wrapped into small wontons, does it look like a tied red scarf? Neatly arranged, like a guard of honor? These wonton wrappers wrap up about half of the minced meat. The amount of food is not large, and a family of three can eat two meals.

In a bowl, add the base: chopped green onion, shrimp skin, seaweed, salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white pepper (a little).

Put water in a pot to boil, add the small wontons, and after cooking, first pour a spoonful of soup into the seasoning with a spoon to mix it thoroughly, and then put the cooked wontons into a bowl.

Finally, sprinkle with coriander, drizzle with sesame oil, stir well and serve.
