The preparation of stir-fried chayote with chicken breast

Ingredients Required:

Chayote, chicken breast, carrots, onions, shallots, ginger

Salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence, sesame oil

1. Clean the chicken breast, tear off the fascia on it, cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl:

Add chopped green onion, shredded ginger, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little starch; Grasp well with your hands and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Wash the chayote and cut it into small cubes;

Peel off the old skin of the onion first, then put all four petals, and soak it in a basin for a while, so that it will not be spicy when you cut it again.

Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces along with the soaked onions.

3. Put water in the pot, add a little salt and cooking oil after the water boils, put in the chopped chayote and carrot pieces, blanch for two minutes and remove for later use.
