【Homemade Tofu】Ingredients: 1 piece of northern tofu, 1 egg, 1 coriander, appropriate amount of oil and salt, 1 green onion, 2 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, half a tablespoon of braised soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, appropriate amount of water starch,
Steps:
1. Cut the tofu in half and cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices. It is best to use northern tofu for tofu, which is old tofu, which is relatively hard and not easy to break.
2. Cut the coriander into sections, add half a bowl of water to the bowl, then add oyster sauce, braised soy sauce, seafood soy sauce, white pepper, chicken essence, a little salt, stir well, and the seasoning sauce is ready.
3. Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat them, pour them into a plate, and evenly coat the tofu on both sides with a layer of egg liquid.
4. Heat oil in a pot, add the tofu slices wrapped in egg liquid one by one, fry over medium-low heat, and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic slices, pour in the seasoning sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat, and cook the tofu for 4-5 minutes.
6. When cooking a little soup, pour in an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken, heat over high heat until the soup becomes viscous, wrap it on the tofu, turn off the heat, put it on a plate, sprinkle with chopped coriander, if you don't like to eat coriander, you can also sprinkle minced green onions, or millet spicy.
Tips: To make this dish, it is best to use old tofu, which is easy to fry after being coated in a layer of egg wash, the shape of the tofu is complete, it is not easy to break, and it is also very easy to taste. Oyster sauce and soy sauce have already been added, so salt should be spared.
