Pears and cornmeal are fluffy and soft, delicious and not afraid of fire, adults and children love to eat

Eating some pears appropriately can clear the body from the void fire and produce fluid in the mouth, which can play a good role in clearing heat and reducing fire. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, it enters the lung meridian, and then plays a good role in expelling phlegm and relieving cough by moistening the lungs.

Today, I used pears and cornmeal to make a cake for my family, fluffy and soft, delicious and not afraid of fire, adults and children love to eat.

Here's how I made it:

1. Peel and cut the pears into cubes.

2. Put it in a food processor, beat two eggs, add an appropriate amount of water, and beat into juice.

3. Add 250 grams of flour, 100 grams of cornmeal, 4 grams of yeast, 50 grams of sugar, 3 grams of aluminum-free baking powder to a bowl, add 400 ml of pear juice in small quantities and many times, stir into a viscous paste, cover and let rise.

4. The batter volume is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

5. Add a handful of raisins, stir to exhaust.

6. Put it into the mold, vibrate it a few times to exhaust, and decorate it with raisins on the surface.

7. Put it in a pot and let it rise for 10 minutes. Steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Fluffy and soft, delicious and nutritious, friends who like it can try it!
