Make:

1. First clean the ribs and allow time to soak for half an hour.

4. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant, add 30 grams of rice wine, and stir-fry evenly.

5. Pour in about 30 grams of soy sauce. Note: When pouring soy sauce, stir-fry while pouring and observe the color. Different brands of soy sauce are colored differently.

6. Add water to spread over the meat, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 45-1 hours.

7. When the meat is crispy, add salt to taste.

8. Continue to simmer until there is still a slight marinade.
