Ingredients: millet spicy, chives, garlic, peanuts, white sesame seeds, coarse chili noodles, fine chili noodles, Sichuan pepper powder, cooking oil, flavor, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt.
1. After the peanuts are cleaned, put them in the pot and fry them slowly over low heat, this can be fried directly, no need to put oil, fry until the peanuts appear continuous crackling sound, the peanuts will be fried, first let the peanuts cool, take a handful of peanuts, rub the peanut skin by hand, and then put the peanuts into a fresh-keeping bag, use a rolling pin to break the peanuts first, and then roll them into crushed peanuts and put them on a plate for later use.

1. Pour 1 bowl of pea starch into the basin, then pour 1 bowl of water into the basin with the same bowl, stir well with chopsticks, and stir until there is no dry powder.
