1. Peel and slice the potatoes.

4. Add 60 grams of cornstarch, salt, pepper and cumin powder to the mashed potatoes, mix well to form a ball.


5. Take an appropriate amount and knead into long strips.

6. Put them in the oven and brush them with cooking oil.

7. Preheat the oven in advance, up and down 180 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes. Each type of oven has different characteristics, and the specific temperature depends on the individual oven.
