Step 2: Add green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine to the pot, rinse the pork belly, pot under cold water, boil for five minutes, skim off the foam.

Step 3: Skim off the scum and cut into large thick slices about 0.8 cm thick

Step 4: Put the cut pork belly into the basin, put in 30 grams of sweet noodle sauce, 10 grams of dark soy sauce, 60 grams of light soy sauce, 60 grams of Huadiao wine, sugar, and all other seasonings to fully grasp and marinate. The marinating time should not be less than 2 hours, and it is better to have time to put it in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.

2.
