Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, appropriate amount of kelp, 1 coriander, 1 tablespoon shrimp skin, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2-3 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon of white pepper,
Steps:
1. If you use dried kelp, rinse the surface of the kelp, then put it in a steamer and steam it for 30 minutes, then soak it in clean water overnight, and then use it for cooking to make it crispy. Do not soak the kombu directly, otherwise it will have a hard taste.
2. Wash the kelp, there is a layer of mucus on the surface of the kelp, do not need to wash it too much, in that case, a lot of nutrients are lost, cut the kelp into slices, and cut the coriander into small pieces.
3. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
