Today, I used sweet potato leaves to make a dough pie, the skin is burnt on the outside, and the inside is soft, and it is fragrant to eat.
The method is simple, simple, nutritious and delicious, my friends love to eat!
Here's how I made it:
Add 5g of yeast and 10g of sugar to 1,400ml of warm water until the yeast melts. Add a small amount to 500g of flour several times and stir it into such a sticky paste. Cover and let rise.
2. Clean the sweet potato leaves sent by a friend.
3. Blanch the washed sweet potato leaves for about a minute. Blanching is fine.
4. Take it out and let it cool, dry it and chop it up.
5. Cut the pre-cooked vermicelli into small pieces.
6. Scrambled some minced eggs.
7. Pour all the side dishes into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, 13 spices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, soybean paste, sesame oil, sugar, stir well and set aside.
8. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.
9. Put on gloves and smear it into cooking oil to prevent sticking, and take an appropriate amount of dough and press it into a cake.
10. Put in the filling to close it.
11. Tidy up a little and put it in a greased pan.
12. Cover and fry over low heat.
13. Fry until golden brown on one side, then turn over and fry. Fry until golden brown on both sides, and the cake is visibly bulging.
The outside is charred and the inside is soft, and it tastes very fragrant, and the more you eat, the more fragrant it becomes!
It's easy to do, so try it if you like it!
