Today, I will share a home-cooked practice of king oyster mushrooms, which is made with minced meat and peppers, and the dishes made are tender and fragrant, especially for rice
【Minced Pleurotus eryngii】Ingredients: 1 king oyster mushroom, 2 peppers, 100 grams of pork, appropriate amount of oil and salt, 1 green onion, 2 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of water starch,
Steps:
Prepare the required materials.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into coarse shreds, don't cut them too thinly, they will shrink when blanched.
Remove the stems and seeds of the peppers, cut into shreds, and mince the pork. Chop the green onion, mince the ginger and slice the garlic.
Add water to a boil in a pot, blanch the oyster mushrooms, blanch the oyster mushrooms until soft, remove the oyster mushrooms, drain and set aside. Blanching oyster mushrooms can remove odors and impurities.
Add oil to the pot and heat it, add the minced meat and stir-fry, stir-fry the minced meat until the color turns white, add the green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in cooking wine and soy sauce, and stir-fry the minced meat to color.
Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, pour in a little water, and cook the oyster mushrooms for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in oyster sauce, add a little salt, stir-fry evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken the thickening, heat until the soup becomes viscous, turn off the heat, put it on a plate, and a plate of minced meat and king oyster mushrooms is ready.
Tips:
Blanching the oyster mushrooms before stir-frying can shorten the stir-fry time, and can also remove the odor and impurities of the mushrooms, so that they are clean and hygienic, and the oyster sauce is salty and the salt should be less. Finally, the flavor blends in with the oyster mushrooms and makes them look more appetizing.
