Black rice pie
Ingredients Required:
300 grams of plain flour, 100 grams of whole wheat flour, 200 grams of purple glutinous rice, 5 grams of yeast, appropriate amount of sugar, 2 grams of aluminum-free baking powder
Method:
1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the purple glutinous rice and put it in a rice cooker to steam. The amount of water is about slightly more than usual for rice.
2. Put out the steamed purple glutinous rice, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and mix well to make the purple glutinous rice filling. Let cool and set aside.
3. Mix plain flour and whole wheat flour, then add sugar and aluminum-free baking powder to mix. This is aluminum-free baking powder, which can be eaten with confidence, and if you don't have it, you can leave it alone. Baking powder will shorten the fermentation time and make the steamed steamed buns fluffier.
4. Put the yeast in warm water to melt, pour it into the flour, mix into a smooth dough, and let rise to twice the size.
5. Knead the fermented dough on the cutting board to exhaust it.
6. Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces of uniform size.
7. Roll out the small agent into a pie crust and wrap it in an appropriate amount of purple glutinous rice filling. Let sit on the board for 15 minutes.
7. Brush the pan with an appropriate amount of oil, put in the cake blank, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Pour in a bowl of water.
8. Cover the pot. Cook over medium-low heat until the juice is reduced, simmer for 2 minutes. This step is a bit like how to make fried buns.
