Stir-fried pork slices with oyster mushrooms
Ingredients: 200 grams of king oyster mushrooms, 80 grams of carrots, 80 grams of green peppers, 80 grams of soaked black fungus, 80 grams of soaked shiitake mushrooms, 150 grams of meat, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 grams of ginger, 1 shallot
1. Slice the meat, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, starch, garlic, ginger and shallots.
2. Pour some oil into the pan, about 15g, and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, carrots and green peppers in the hot oil.
3. After frying and changing color, add black fungus and continue to fry until the carrots are soft, add salt, stir-fry evenly, and set aside.
4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, about 15 grams, and fry the meat slices under the oil temperature.
5. Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, and then pour the fried vegetables back into the pan.
6. Stir well and add the garlic sprouts before removing from the pan.
