How to make
Step 1: Break the cauliflower into small flowers, put it in clean water, add a spoonful of salt and soak it for 15 minutes, boil water in the pot after soaking, pour in the cauliflower blanching water until it turns slightly green, remove the water and set aside.
Step 2: Slice green onions, ginger and garlic, carrots, dried chilies, leeks into sections, and cut the pork belly into thin slices for later use.

Tips:
1. The blanching time of cauliflower should not be too long, and the taste is best for 2 minutes.
2. Try to buy loose flowers for cauliflower, and the cauliflower that grows porcelain does not taste good.
